Shipping policies

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of reception.  An exchange for an item of equal value or a refund is allowed (exception: no exchange or refund on Buckwheat pillows, SaKalme packs, and Yoga eye pillows unless there's a manufacturing defect). The return of items is at the expense of the customer and there is no refund on shipping fees. Item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded. An administration fee of CDN $ 3.00 for Canada and $ 5.00 CDN for other countries will be applicable to any refunds on sale items in the Créations Mariposa's online store.

Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-5 business days

Made to order or customized items will be shipped within 2-3 weeks after the order is placed.

Jewelry & empty covers :
Canada : 1-7 business days
United States : 4-7 business days
Europe : 4-10 business days
Other countries : 7 + business days depending on the country

Cushions & pillows :
US : Expedited 4-7 business days
Canada : Expedited 1-7 business days (1-3 for Quebec province)
Other : Xpresspost 4-10 business days

Please note that you are responsible that the address provided in your order is valid.  
Should a package be sent to an invalid address, we would not be responsible for lost packages and cannot refund or resend your order.
