This comfortable meditation cushion is a useful tool to achieve a stable and optimum position. 

This model is of medium size and it is the most popular one.

Care instructions :
  • Remove hulls from the cover through the opening on the side of the zafu (you can keep them in a big clean and dry recipient). 
  • Turn the cover inside out and make sure it is clear of all hulls. 
  • Machine wash the cover using delicate cycle - cold water
  • Hang to dry


Cover: outer casing made of coloured fabric

**Note: Due to its many creases, the traditional zafu doesn't have any lining.

Tip: To adjust the height and firmness of the cushion, remove some buckwheat hulls through the cover opening.
